Assistant Headteacher/SENDCo

Are you a passionate and experienced SEND leader who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Headteacher/SENDCo to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and drive forward our vision for inclusive, personalised learning.

Our provision is built on a strong therapeutic and educational ethos, ensuring every student is supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled leader with a strong SEND background to make a real impact on the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will support in delivering our unique curriculum, helping to develop a positive learning environment to meet a range of student needs.
